The Return in Safety

 

Dear friends and customers,

We are preparing to return to the activity on the 6th of June, with the necessary adaptations to this new situation and we are also counting on your effort. We obtained the seal of Healthy & Safe Establishment and we commit to comply with a set of rules that we will now disclose:

- Initially the routes will be circular, in order to avoid the sharing of transport.

- We advise all participants to come in their own transport, sharing only with family members

- In the activities it is mandatory to wear an individual protection mask, which each participant must bring. Quimera Travel Experiences will provide a mask to anyone who does not have one.

- The guide will have a visor that he will use whenever he addresses the group.

- Transportation in our van is limited to a maximum of 4 people, to allow a safe distance between people.

- The van will be sanitized and disinfected before and after activities.

- Hikes have a limit of 10 participants.

- During the activities, the participants must keep a distance of 2 meters between them.

- Greetings, hugs and food sharing will remain "on hold" until we overcome this pandemic crisis.

- Quimera provides disinfectant gel to all participants, at the beginning, end and whenever requested during the activity.

- Participants, as well as our employees, will have to commit to comply with the hand hygiene, respiratory etiquette and social conduct rules recommended by OMS.

- Information on the contagion protection and prevention measures adopted by the company will be made available.
